We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, designs, fabrics, embroidery, colors, and images as accurately as possible.
However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, or other factors.
As shawls and customized products may involve fabric and embroidery work, minor variations in texture, embroidery placement, finishing, or appearance may occur.
3. Customized & Personalized Orders
Riwaaj Shawls specializes in personalized products. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information, including:
- Names and spellings
- Urdu, English, Arabic, or other requested text
- Design or customization instructions
- Any other details required for personalization
Please carefully review your customization details before submitting your order.
If we produce the product according to the information submitted or approved by the customer, we are generally not responsible for errors originating from incorrect customer-provided information.
4. Orders & Confirmation
Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable products, incomplete information, suspected fraudulent activity, or customization that we cannot reasonably produce.
We may contact the customer to confirm order or customization details before production or dispatch.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed or confirmed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Shipping charges, where applicable, may be shown separately during checkout.
6. Payment
We may offer different payment methods depending on availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and order information. Riwaaj Shawls reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
7. Cash on Delivery
Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and ensure they are available to receive their parcel.
Repeated refusal of confirmed customized orders or misuse of COD may result in future orders requiring advance payment.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Because customized shawls are made specifically according to customer instructions, personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange because of a change of mind.
This does not affect eligible claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.
10. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Because customized products may enter production shortly after order confirmation, cancellation may not be possible once personalization, embroidery, or production has started.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content belonging to Riwaaj Shawls—including our branding, logo, product photography, graphics, designs, written content, and other original materials—is protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

You must not knowingly introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use our website for unlawful purposes.
14. Promotions & Discount Codes
